Failures are observed in Yaroslavl, Tver, Moscow, Nizhny Novgorod, Tula, Leningrad, Kaluga and Kursk regions. A number of users in Moscow and St. Petersburg are also experiencing problems. Mobile Internet has been almost completely disconnected in Saransk and some cities in Mordovia
