Temporary restrictions have been introduced for the operation of the following airports: Vladimir (Semyazino; ICAO code: UUBL) – from 11:37 Moscow time; Ivanovo (Yuzhny; UUBI) – from 11:52 Moscow time; Kaluga (Grabtsevo; UUBC) – from 11:35 Moscow time, Rosaviatsia reports.
In addition to residents of the Moscow region, disruptions in mobile communications are reported from Lipetsk, Voronezh, Tula and Vladimir regions.

7 month agoTurkish Foreign Minister: As a result of intensive diplomatic efforts, Russian and Ukrainian delegations held a meeting in Istanbul, facilitated by Türkiye. As a result of the meeting, they agreed to exchange one thousand people from each country as a confidence-building measure. They also agreed to share with the other side in writing the conditions that would make it possible to reach a ceasefire. The parties also agreed in principle to meet again.
